Comparison method

Normalized Area Comparison

Normalized values complement the absolute values shown in Area Comparison. Administrative area is taken from the authoritative full-resolution BIG boundary and calculated geodesically on WGS84; rendering geometry, map tiles, and bounding boxes are not used.

Tree Cover Loss: hectares divided by administrative-area hectares, expressed as a percentage. This is not the percentage of forest or initial tree cover lost, and is not an official deforestation rate.
FIRMS: hotspot observations divided by administrative area, expressed per 1,000 km² for the same available-source date window. It is not burned area, fire probability, or severity.

Fungsi Ekosistem Gambut

Lapisan konteks ini menampilkan layanan resmi Peta Fungsi Ekosistem Gambut Skala 1:50.000 dari Kebijakan Satu Peta (BIG), dengan sumber data KLHK. BARUNA menampilkan citra peta jarak jauh untuk area yang terlihat dan tidak mereplikasi dataset sumber secara lokal.

Untuk inspeksi atribut, BARUNA melakukan satu inspeksi titik sesuai permintaan terhadap layanan sumber tanpa mengambil geometri poligon. Lapisan ini bukan bagian dari BARUNA Observation Index, bukan lapisan risiko, dan bukan penetapan deforestasi.
